Prison Ministry

Psalm 68:6 
"God sets the lonely in families, he leads out the prisoners with singing; but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land."

The Prison Ministry provides incarcerated men and women at the Buster Cole State Prison, the Johnston Unit in Winnsboro, and the Riverside and Sycamore Units at Gatesville with encouragement, teaching, and preaching that support healing and spiritual and personal growth. Our goal is to better lives that result in better decisions.

• Newman Park opens its doors to those who are released and welcomes them into our family.

• We also provide volunteer work for those who need community service hours as well.
